Customer says that when they press start ,all the lights come on and it fills and drains at the same time,any ideas

Check wiring harness near the lower concrete balance weight then run the last error detected routine listed in the Known Error Codes thread.

Could be a faulty pressure switch, failing that its likely to be the PCB but not a fault I have encountered on WMA machines.
