My machine goes through its normal wash cycle ok, except for one thing.
When it gets to the stage of injecting in the fabric conditioner, the water jet does not get squirted in

Any ideas??

I assume it is not the main pcb board, as the cycles appear to otherwise complete normally, without any lights flashing on the control panel.

Possibly the cold fill valve but more likely is the small holes that spray water in to that compartment are blocked.

Remove the drawer and with an old toothbrush or similar, clean the holes in the roof of the dispenser unit, especially the one’s above where the fabric softener goes 🙂
