Hotpoint WMA44 not spinning or emptying water

My hotpoint wma44 washing machine won’t spin or empty the water out. I’ve taken the pipes off where they enter the pump but there is no sign of any blockage in the pump. Is there a filter/trap on this machine? Can anyone help with ideas?

No filter as such but it can get blocked around the “eco ball” in the large hose that comes from the drum, you could check there (with the power off :zap:)

It could also be the pump itself
