    The fabric softener is not being taken from the drawer on SOME washes. It was fairly intermittent but is becoming more frequent. I presume it’s some kind of blockage but can anyone suggest where to look first?

    pull the dispenser right out and look in the roof of the dispenser housing for blockages in the inlets.
