Hi Guys, got a call for the above machine, filling then draining. Remember way back having one of theses which turned out to be the module and not worth doing – problem is its a fair drive from me and dont want to waste my diesel. Do you think its pcb or wiring problem ?

    Cheers

I have always found the electronics on the Ultima range to be quite reliable and have never encountered the type of fault you describe linked to the PCB.

The machine does have a test routine, do you have that?

    Jim.

I wouldn’t mind betting that the customers report has been somewhat lost in translation and that all it really needs is a new set of brushes. 😉

Jim: Would appreciate the test routine please.

Just thought I would close this off – found broken wire on motor connector block – motor cut out I believe. All fixed.
