I have fitted a new drum seal between the two plastic halves of the casing, to get access I unplugged the connectors from the pcb board which has the digital display on it thinking that they could only go back on in one location only, how wrong I was.

I now have a number of connection blocks and don’t know where to put them.

The pcb board has a sticker on the back with the following on it:-
    AKO-547352
    GDA-1617204217
    Flash-48956-03

Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I can identify which connector goes where.

    Thanks

    Oh dear!

You’ll probably have to wait until Monday, when people are back at work, where they have information on these things.

And next time, remember what momma said…

    “Buy cheap, buy twice!”

    “Measure twice, cut once!”

    and

“If your gonna unplug all the wires off a circuit board, write down where the wires go!” 😆

Can you give us the date code ( first two numbers of serial number on door, near hinge ) and check your PM’s 😉

I have obtained the wiring diagram for the machine, all is O.K and its washing again.

Hotpoint were of absolutly no help, after phoning 3 different help lines I got told I could buy the service manual for £24.00.

I got the diagram for £5 from a appliance shop in Warrington.

    Thanks for your assistance
