I would be checking the wiring harness with a microscope, give all of the motor plug connections a gentle tug, often break off there. Complete motor harness is available and is not expensive.

It’s on the only module in the WMA range, ie the board behind the fascia. You sometimes see a burnt out connection to the board, they usually solder up ok.

?????????????
Module or PCB different names for the same thing.
There are loads of different modules/pcb’s for the WMA range, this machine has three all on its own.
Would you care to elucidate?
Jim.

The relays are on your control module/pcb behind the facia or if the machine has multiple boards it is usually the board at the left hand lower rear of the machine that has the relays on it.
There are normally five relays on the board if IRC .. I now just replace all of them at once… Cost about £0.52 each from RS Componants. I think two of the relays switch the motor and one does the heater. Not sure what the others are for as yet.

Poor English on my part, I meant there’s (usually) just the one board on WMA machines, ie the one behind the fascia. Or is the WMA66 a flashy machine with a display board etc as well?

Yes, all the WMA6* machines are Ultima models with the digital display, the WMA7’s are the same as well. 😉
