    Hi,

After reading around I thought i’d treat the machine to a bit of maintenance, cleaner washes ( always been a bit random with these), soap box clean, inlet supply filters etc.
It then dawned on me that i’ve never cleaned the filter for the waste pump and to be honest I don’t ever remember seeing one in the manual or on the machine??

The machine is now about 6 years old and with the little people i’m sure we’ve had stickers, tissues etc go through it.
Do any gurus know if I have one and where to look if I do to clean it all out? It must be minging by now!

    Thanks

    Jez

There isn’t a filter as such. There is a coin trap that does often get clogged up with all sorts of detritus. It is located inside the main sump hose that you can access from behind the lower back panel.
TBH, if the machine appears to be draining away quickly then I would leave it alone.
