A customer has selected the wrong language on her new washing machine.
Anyone know how to reset and select English.
She said she has tried pushing the top 2 and lower right buttons around the display.

Model number is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} legit and yet it is not recognised by Hotpoints own ‘find your manual’ page.:(
You could try this method for earlier models.
switch the wall socket on but do NOT switch the washer on. hold the: reduced creases, mini load and time saver buttons under the main screen at the same time for about five seconds till you hear a beep. by pressing the two buttons above the play/pause button flick through the languages till you get the one you want. press the child lock button to select the desired language. switch the wall socket off and then back on. switch the washing machine ON
