Timing is rarely accurate as it assumes perfect conditions. Timing will be affected by water pressure, initial water temperature and load balance. Software updates on some models seem to improve the predictions but they can never be totally accurate.
I usually check the error log, heater, pressure chamber, sump, filter, flap valve, drain/fill rates and update the software if I have a the latest version to hand.
Possibly element with baked on limescale or washing powder so can’t reach temperature in allocated time . Or faulty ntc does not think water warm enough .Also a faulty pressure switch allowing more water than usual to enter machine so again can’t reach temperature in allocated time . Put it through a cold wash and if timer don’t increase you know has to be one of these . Also water siphoning if drain hose to low so has to keep filling .
