hotpoint WMBF963 overfilling since module repair

Above machine had a blown module, i assummed due to obvious interlock fault. Had module repaired but now wont drain on spin programme and just keeps filling .Am i missing something else before i send module back for testing ?

just to add, machine filled to level on wash and had motor action, but put to spin to empty out and it just filled, even after i cancelled the programme

have had them do this, when they go into fault they fill and fill

does it show any fault code ?

Who repaired the pcb if its emw pcb is probably faulty

No fault code but suspect module as was powering fill valve even when off !!

Can’t think of anything but the module. Do you have a matching one from an old machine that can be reprogrammed to suit?

sounds like a shorted triac

As Dave said, if it’s an early board it will most likely be a shorted Q29 or Q27. Can be Triac with VDR protection or an AC Switch in these positions.
