Hi all

Just a quick query

Had a call to look at one of these machines, customer said that water poured out from underneath as soon as it filled… Door seal was fine, so took a look underneath.. There were no holes in outlet hose, but the pump was wet, so fitted a used pump I had with me just to be sure.

Leak was still the same.

I have since taken the outlet hose off and have another on order, for fitting tomorrow

Are there any known faults/updated parts with these pumps or hoses…?

Only thing I can think off is the hose is not fitting correctly due to age etc

Blocked dispenser to tub hose?
