Hotpoint wmd 960 no motor

I went out to a Hotpoint wmd960 with no motor the other week.I cut the dodgy motor plug off and refited with insulated amp tags and sure enough motor kicked into life ❗
Today I was recalled to said m/c with same fault and customer say’s it sticks on 1 min, however when I attended m/c was working fine. I checked wiring from module to motor, seems fine any thoughts ?

Just had a thought on this, but I could be off the mark….could the heater going to earth after it’s been on a while currupt the board and cause no motor ?
