A little bit of help or even alot of help would be most appreciated on this one .You turn m/c on door locks and then nothing she said she did get f01 come up once. it dosn`t matter what you select no fault code appears F01 says motor triac or earth fault. But surely it should do something. And is there a test cycle for this m/c . thanks in advance 4 your repplies

Had similar last month – door locked and then nothing. sent board to EMW but they said that the chip was damaged and were unable to repair. As this was for a letting agency that I do a lot of work for I had to fit new module and treat myself to smart card reader and pleased to say machine worked OK.

May be worth sending board to EMW for test/repair.

    Good Luck

Motor fault can cause this, have a good look at wiring to motor, if all tests ok will be board fault.

I find it quicker to test motor from plug at module thus means u check motor and wiring at same time.
