    Hi all, have to look at a hotpoint wmd960, customer says it is displaying S01, thought I would troll through the known error codes as not heard of this one before, but can find nothing for this code? Checked with customer again and she is adamant this is the code, says in her manual refers to not filling?

    No mention of S01 in either the service manual or the user manual (you can download that via the links in the public forums ) 😉

    If there is no water supply then ‘No Water, check taps’ appears in the display.

    Its likely to be F01, motor/PCB/connections related problems.
