Called to above today and found track on pcb next to blue relay on bottom edge of board had blown. The heater and motor megger out ok. There is no holes in door seal or any leaks. The only thing I did find was the door would not open without moving pecker from inside. My question is would the door lock cause pcb failure or am i barking up a wrongin.

The Interlock is always suspect but the best clue would be to trace the blown track to the nearest adjacent component plug-in connector. That would at least point you to the guilty party?….Maybe??? 😕
…..or send the board to EMW for them to suss it out? 💡
…..or point them to Hotpoints 5 year guarantee and let them sort it? 🙁
