    Hi

    New appliance purchased last year. Customer is having a problem on programme 5 ( quick wash) where it counts down from 55mins to about 11 mins then returns to 55mins plus starts the programme again.

    Only happens on the programme. Any clues

    Yes it is a 540 – fingers to cold to type properly.

    Funny that it only does it on this programme
