Our washing machine has totally lost power.
Does anyone think this is worth looking at repair at all?

    Info
    Washing machine – Hotpoint MOD WMF 520 P (UK).R
    Age – about 2.5 years
Usage – once a day average (but often 2 to 3 washes on one day, none next day)

    Problem
Background info – moved 5 minute journey in car.
Plugged in new home – used once no problem
Next – no power at all

Checks – electrician doing our renovation checked fuses and told us they are ok and plug live
My oh has just told me the washing was warm when he took it out.
Not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure on this but he thinks start/end button went off a couple of times after it had finished.

Is it worth looking at repair? My oh has mentioned looking to see if there is a trip switch inside, but my concern is, now that he has mentioned it was warm that it would have tripped for a reason, eg overheating.

    Thanks
    Kath

Having spent the last few days researching online I applaud the idea behind ISE for its replacement but would not be in the position to spend that much.

definately worth getting repaired owing to the fact its been moved there’s a good possibility one of the multi plugs may have been tugged off the pcb….
