Had to call back on this machine having already fitted a pump last week. All seemed well until customer said F11 came up again. When I tested the machine it filled then drained, then as it filled again I noticed the pump was still running, also the motor was running at tumble speed. After about a minute F11 came up and the door unlocked. Could find no obvious answer, so tried again. Same as before except no pump, so machine had water in when F11 appeared again. checked pump, O/C! I think the original fault is probably the module, Can anyone offer advice please.
