    I have had Qty4 failures of door interlocks on the same machine within seven weeks. The error code door lock is displayed, a new lock is fitted and the machine runs fine for a week or two, then the error is displayed again. Is there something I am missing with this problem or is there a defect with these switches. Any advise wouid be appreciated. The replacement door locks are genuine supplied from Electrue.

    have you checked the wiring block for loose connections?

    Motor or Wiring to motor causes this fault, very very common fault

    sorry misunderstood the post yeah check motor pull on the wires in the block one will be about had it dont think it would cause permanent door lock failure but try it

    Check the connectors going to the brushes if it is a sole motor, as they can become loose giving a bad conection, also on the sole motors the T.O.C have a tendancy to go open circuit on a hot wash giving door lock issues.
