Think that’s an induction motor, isn’t it? Don’t know if they vary at all but someone was trying to sell one on e-bay a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get a bid even at 99p. So they’ve probably still got it. If you’ve got an e-bay a/c sign in and look for item no. 250555348428 ( I kept it in my watching folder). Then you can message the seller and ask him to pop it up “buy it now” if he still wants to sell.

Can only suggest ring EMW, explain situation and ask what they think. They do a couple of sackfuls of modules every day I understand, so there won’t be much they haven’t heard before. They might have another module in stock they can send out for you to try if you talk sweetly to them. (Personally, I would have thrown in the towel before this point and cut my losses – to my sanity that is.)
