I had a look at this one today customer reports that the machine locks the door then does nothing for a minute or two eventually it flashes up H20 but if she leaves the machine for ten minutes or so it will start the program and runs ok. 😕

I checked the water feed it was ok, metered the valves was getting no power, plugged in a new pump still nothing, tested the heater was ok, checked the ntc was ok, tried a new door lock on which made no difference.

I am thinking the board, anybody else had this?

    Any thing I am missing?

    Cheers

If you type H20 in the SEARCH box then click on TRADE TECHNICAL forum only there’s a wealth on info you will find so useful in solving this problem. 😉

Oh how we love that search tool………… 🙂

Thanks for that Martin, I did search H20 but nothing really relates to the problem my customer is having. I am aware that H20 is a no fill fault but the thing that I found a bit puzzling was that after it flashed H20 when left for about ten minutes would then begin the wash and operate as normal.

Do EMW do a board for these? If so, best option I’d say. You can always return it if no cure.
