Customer bought new WML520P from us recently and now has this fault, set to any wash program and machine starts to fill with water then stops and doesn’t do any thing else . Doesnt fill to correct water level before stopping and thats it ,we can pause it change to drain or spin program and empties water and ends programme ok . Before we contact Hotpoint about this is there any known things we need to check first ,have checked water supply -seems ok,checked inlet filter – clear,checked several wash programmes – all same fault obviously we may need to contact Hotpoint to sort but just thought if any one had any other suggestions thanks
