No fault code machine accepts different program options but will not start.
Door interlock seems to be permanently closed so having to release door by means of pull release behind plinth, door even locks with no power to the machine have read some other posts but not really learnt anything conclusive.
if anyone has come across this problem and resolved the issue please let me know.

Those interlocks are solenoid release operated only by having the power on. Then and only when the door locked LED isn’t lit can you open the door.

Thanks Martin but even with power on i have only heard the door lock switch off then on very quickly this happened the once but the door light remains on permanently and the door remains locked.
are we talking about a interlock problem or board??
