    hi, have a Hotpoint WML940, switch it on, it starts but then just flashes all the function lights and wont do anything else, cancel it down, restart program and it does the same. Im thinking poss water valve but wanted to check.

    Prewash light flashing is the sign for fill valve faults. 😉

    Tighten all of the connections, if still no go then it may be time for EMW.
