Hi Flash,
have you checked for the usual chaffed wiring underneath near front at balance weight, or broken wires inside insulation at motor plug?

Hi been out to put the machine on test it had error E30 I had a replacement motor in van 1604117 ac motor kit . But still the same .
Can anybody tell me if the chopper board is ment to be included in this motor kit becouse there was only motor in the box if not could the problem be the chopper board or the power mod ❓Glen

That motor should be a DC motor, you have the correct part number though. E30 is tacho fault. If you get the same with a new motor I would strongly suspect a wiring fault. Never had to change a Chopper board on these yet. The individual wiring harness for each block is available, motor to chopper board harness is a 1603764, less than a fiver so well worth a punt.

HI there
Had this fault a couple of weeks back and it turned out to be a chopper board. 😀 No drum action.
