hi i went to this machine expecting to find a blockage they said it had not emptied (no mention of a fault code ) i drained it and dropped the pump to check it nothing there or in pipes, i ran the pump seemed fine, put everything back and filled it then emptied it,everything seemed fine i quieried the householder who then said they had replaced the pump now they call saying its showing f05, i looked on this site for any clues someone mentioned a reset option but i cant find it, any help appreciated thanks

I just hope it works, it doesn’t always and a pcb reprogram is required. 🙁
