    HPT WMT03p No 12146388
    HI Just Been Out to an elderly customer
    customer reports that the program Dial is not going round
    but the wash is done??. And difficulty In opening the door. Going To Change The Lock Later

    Q this program dial does not turn go round with the wash progress she selects. A K 30 minute Quick Wash. i would say its not supposed to move as there is a End Program indicator end Light.
    And its Not An Old Clockwork 1.

    can anyone Confirm this Please

    It don’t move. That went out with mechanical timers. This one is fully electronic. The old duffer may have been twiddling and getting proper confused. :clown:
