Maybe the new module faulty or wiring from motor to module faulty

    F02 is motor tacho fault

i thought this anyway i put my old module back in and pump starts to drain with out cutting out.but still not filling with water.so i opened door filled by hand till far as i could closed door and tried to start a wash wash.surprise water started coming in from inlet valve to about just under half way on glass door and motor turning.i drained and went through same motions so i suspect i have a faulty pressure switch.i have blown down pipe all seems clear but have ordered new switch.

There does not appear to any model WMUD960????
    There are three versions of WMD960 , there is a WMUD962, a WMUD963 and a WMUD9627.

Can you give us the serial number and the commercial code from the sticker inside the door?

All have several different modules and software. As the WMUD range is not that old the chances of you getting the correct ‘reconditioned’ module are extremely remote unless you also gave the supplier the commercial code of the machine.

It is very rare for a fill valve to ‘burn out’ after such a short amount of use but if it was burnt out it could have damaged one of the fill valve triacs on the module. Filling it manually half way would allow the pressure switch to close one level and then allow it to fill from the other valve.

I fear you are tying yourself in knots with this and very much doubt a new pressure switch will cure the fault, I suspect the replacement module was incorrect.

sorry never even noticed that model was incorrect, think he meant WMD960.

could well be incorrect file setting on board or wrong board as you have said iadom

What is the correct model number, serial number and commercial code. If you give us that we can tell you exactly which module fits this machine, no g/tee that it is the cause of the problem though, there is no WMUD960.
