I wonder if the same ‘engineers’ who called me an idiot say the same about their customers behind their back, the ones that maybe wreck their own machines in other ways like overloading the washing machine, never emptying the drain filter, never doing a maintenance wash, using wrong soap powder, finding bra wire stuck in between inner and outer drum, or plumbing in the washing machine wrong? people, and especially people who work with the public these days need to learn a bit of manners. I repair computers and I cant tell you the amount of ‘idiotic’ things I have seen people do to their own PC’s but would I dream of answering them back as being idiots, of course I wouldnt, but then maybe thats the difference between me and some other people on here.

The customer ‘idiots’ we encounter pay for our silence when their back is turned, maybe that’s the difference.

http://www.lofra-uk.co.ukmake this website a paid for service then, make people donate money through paypal as they are asking for advice . I am getting the vibes that people are a bit peeved for me asking a question, getting free answers and that its OK to abuse me and call me names because the site is free and offers free advice, so are you saying if I paid a donation to the site and asked my question(s) then I wouldnt have been called an idiot or laughed at for what I wanted to achieve?

Weather you paid or not, i would still say your an idiot, because only an idiot would fool around with a new appliance when there was nothing wrong with it!

Why should we make it a paid for site? because you say so! Get down off your high horse because your digging a hole for yourself.
On another post you said this forum, which clearly in your opinion owes you some sort of debt of gratitude because you have posted on it, you said you were not going to post again as it didn’t serve your purpose.
And yet here you are being as argumentative as you can. It seems to me that unless we all agree with your way of doing things we are all wrong.
You have posted your response and findings on your original problem and I see no need to continue the thread further.
I will not permit this or any other thread to degenerate into a slanging match and so this ends now.

It really is simple but I will spell it out once more because you seem to be doing nothing but prove another members point.
If you do not want to remain a member of this site DO NOT post further!

Okeydokey no problem you wont hear from me again, hell would freeze over before I asked for any more help from this kind of site 😆 next time (if there is a next time) I will ask the plethora of better washing machine forums out there on the Internet than this one. One with real washing machine engineers who can answer a simple question without being calling members of the public silly names! – hope you all have a nice life in your close knit communityOctober 17, 2012 at 8:28 pm #383036Jackal
