Customer reported a F18 error. When I put it on a 15 minute program the washing machine filled but the motor didn’t turn ( induction motor). The timer ran down to 11 minutes then pumped out (guess this was the beginning of rinse). It didn’t show a F18 error.
On spin it emptied the water but motor didn’t turn.
Checked the motor for continuity – OK.
No earth faults.
Anyone had this fault?
