got to look at this one tomorrow.lady rang up to say m/c showing f08.heater pr sw etc.stops mid cycle. obviously will go have a look for usual suspects but what really bothers me is the fact that her daddy has had a look at it before me :eeek: and i was hoping to go fully armed with wiring diag etc.m/c belongs to daughters friends familly so its hard to refuse it.paul

Wiring diagram won’t do you any good. Its almost certainly the PCB that is faulty, usually best to change pressure switch as well after checking all connections first of course.

F08 always check the element for being down to earth first, i get loads with elements going down, as iadom says usualy the module but i always stick my megger on the element 1st, JJ

To tell the truth, these days I meggar the element and motor whatever the initial fault is, blocked pumps and bearings excepted of course.

I have bought relays and replaced them with little or no success TBH. 😥

I would go armed with a megger and an element and state tat the callout charge is £45 since the machine has already been interfered with by a non-professional.

had a look today meggered element all good ntc showing 25k at room temp.cleaned all connections on module and one on control board.checked pr sw all good. has rang to say has completed 2 washes.hope it was bad conn and not sticking relay that will come back and haunt.thanks for all the help. paul
