take the rear one out first. get a hammer and a steel rod. push it through the front bearing till it touches the rear bearing. then being careful to tap the bearing out evenly tap the bearing out
the front one can be harder. first remove the water seal. if there is any corrosion in front of the bearing clean and that first, add a bit of wd40 and then drift out the front bearing. if the bearing is just a little noisy thing should be ok but if well worn it may fall to bits and things get a lot harder
