    Been to this one today, Press power on button, machine lights up. Door locks, display shows 0.13mins tumbles and spins.

    Thats it, wont do anything else regardless of what program is set.

    Any help please!

    will it allow you to cancel that program and then unlock the door?

    Yeah, You can cancel the program and open the door. But whatever program you select it does the samething everytime as previously desrcibed.

    i would have to say pcb fault but i have worked on a lot of machines and have never seen the fault you describe
