customer reports machine jumping and banging on spin. checked floor…concrete..checked level…plumb. checked internals…top and bottom stabilaiser blocks secure. dampers in place. top springs in place. checked inside cabinet not one mark or dent..test run with two bath towels, rinse and spin ok..he call me todayand i could hear the beast banging in the background , this was in the slow spin before it builds up to top speed. customer says w/m is 15 months old. it seems to really lurch when the spin cycle starts..could it be the motor? any previous with model, any clues as to a fix…

i change the top springs, and both dampers, and it seems to cure it

Check motor mounting at forward position.
