door locks as soon as switched on at mains, will only unlock if mains switched off. When on/off on machine selected and program press start, pump impulses once then displays f01.

I guess board fault? it has 3 phase motor (no brushes) motor meggers ok.
anyone else had this fault?

f01 is a motor triac fault

its always worth checking the wiring loom from pcb to motor, but quite often, its the pcb
