hotpoint wt960 low water level

hi just fitted an emw recon module, and the water level is very low
giving poor wash results can this be the module?

Was this problem evident before of after you replaced the module?
As it sounds like you just have a blockage in pressure vessel or faulty pressure switch

hi Martin not sure customer had not complained of poor perfomance, however the module was replaced as i returned the previous faulty one (which had no display) so this is a different one, i had thought of trying a p/switch and will do so but not confident that will cure it thanks john
