    Hi customer just phoned and said that this machine will not fill and comes up no water supply she has taken hose off and its got water could it be some thing else ? Can anyone help please

    A faulty fill valve would be the first thing to check for. 😉

    I have seen bad valve coils on these machines. Valve coil from any machine should fit but you’ll need to fit terminals.

    Called to have a look at this machine today , all it would do was to select program on LED then press start door locks then nothing on any program selected

    its the module, have had this before on similar models
