Hi, Been pulling ma hair oot. Hotpoint Future RFA17,freezer works perfectly but recently fridge has warmed up and wont cool down again.Checked thermostat ok!! Heard it might be automatic defrosting timer. Does anyone know where this is located or any other possible causes 😕 😕 Chris

Hi,
It looks as if it’s not a frost free model from a quick look which means it will not have a defrost timer fitted. There certainly isn’t one listed for that model.
That being the case, the fault you have likely indicates a refrigerant system failure of some sort and you will need a fridge engineer as nothing there is a DIY job.
