    Guess who? Got a call from a guy this morning to look at an Ariston A1535 saying he’d just had a call from ‘these Hotpoint/Ariston people’ to say they wouldnt be coming today – a call that had been booked -he was p*ssed off because hed booked a day off work.I looked at it -2 arms broken on the drum BER (bean can tub).Apparently they had called 6 weeks ago and diagnosed that the bearings had gone.6 bl**dy weeks my customers wont wait 6 days – they’d also charged him £90 up front -apparently their excuse they were out of stock of the parts!

    Sh*t service from a sh*t company with Sh*t products.. Wish i could get £90 per call though. 😯
