There was an interesting subject brought up this morning on early morning TV and Radio 1’s Jeremy Vine Show. About the Internet killing local shops with their ever cutthroat pricing on white goods and self employed earning less than 20 years ago. Shoppers visiting stores and getting the full advice on what appliance they should buy then purchasing it from an Internet only business. Self employed rates cut to the bone by aggressive competition and foreign workers.

If you run a shop selling white goods, how do you survive?
Are you suffering from local competition, customers phoning for quotes?
Are you earning less than 10 – 20 years ago?

Are yes true Don, my mistake as Radio 2 is my number 1 selection on my steering wheel pre-set controls. 😯
