How do you speak to someone about and order

Any idea how you speak to someone about order not received.

I’ve registered but can’t raise a ticket
i cant find a number to call that works
ive emailed no reply.
requested to cancel order doesn’t work

the reviews were hence why used this site, but I’m find it hard work if honest

anyone got any ideas

If you emailed, you’d have gotten a reply for sure; 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of emails are answered without doubt, but do check spam folders, etc and that the email used was correct as both can cause issues. Email is the primary communication method though.

If it was over the weekend, depending on what it was about, the guys would pick it up at some stage on Monday but they will always respond.
