I know this is really a spares problem but I put it in here so that it may come to the notice of the kind sponsors of this forum. 😉

I have just entered part number 1603409, WMA rear drum half in Spareslink and it comes up with a price inc vat of £140.96 😯 . Until that obvious error is fixed I think the price of £35.00 inc vat from Masterpart is a little more to my liking. 🙂

done a update lately? With the old washvac system, if you missed a few updates the update file when you finally do update was too large and it would take several conscutive updates for everything to work properly.

Now that’s interesting – I’ve updated mine recently, and it’s dumped itself into “My Documents” – it doesn’t seem to have updated the Spareslink itself. This is, no doubt, due to my computer illiteracy but I don’t know what to do next………

I run update every time I use Spareslink. If you miss it for a few days it prompts you to update as soon as you logon.

Ive had issues when Qualtex spareslink found it only shows retail and not cost, it appears as the price you pay.
Rest assured when Ive placed any order, collected from counter, it has been at the corrcet price. It wasnt a Con, nect situation. :rolls:

£141 for a 1603409 isn’t retail, its almost twice retail price. 😥
