Should a Fridge /freezer turn on and off , ive noticed mine is not stopping at all , if you turn the tempreture dial down it turns off, otherwise it just keeps running , is this normal or do i have a thermostat problem

Non frost free varies, usually 45-60{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time it’s powered.
