    I really cannot see how to get at the drain pump on this machine. I’ve looked underneath and at the side but cannot find a panel to take off or even see the pump without taking off a panel. Help!

    OK, I’ve manged to get to the pump. I’ve disconnected the rubber that leads to the hose and blown through the hose, which does not appear to be blocked. I can turn the impeller with my finger through the well inside the machine (I don’t know how free it should be. I’t not jammed but has to be positively pushed round). What now?
