KeymasterThis is open for disscussion….
The new way is
1) a lead is generated from one of the following; a) the websites b) the detergent tech training c) word of mouth d) CDSL reccomendation lol
2) that lead is given access to the present ISE forum and the contact details given to John.
3) John does his personal visit to sign up agent and arrange directly an appointment with me, for the follow up technical training with an appliance.
4) At that technical training it gives Sean or I chance to suss the capabilities of the company, therefore they have been vetted by JH and by one of us.
5) Then and only then can they order an appliance.
6) When van stock is available it can be left at the technical visit stage with the agent in return for the 1st ISE order, no order no stock, but delivered when the 1st order is dispatched.
7) after the tech training and 1st order the agent is allowed access to the ISE Sellers forum (hidden from others)We all have to do this the same way to make it work so both rotherham and Kilmarnock offices have to comply and do it correctly. hence we need to agree on the format.
The detail of whom does what we can work out as we go and of course geography to a large extent. It’s a certaintiy that we need to support the detergent training with an ISE appliance, to generate more interest.
I have one point to make regarding stock. And that is perhaps we could consider not issuing van stock to agents who order 1 appliance. Lets issue stock to agents who order or have passed 5 appliances in total.
This lessens our risk, sets the prescedent for future sellers and encourages longevity of the product. With a promise of next day delivery of a spare part to those without stock (ie 5 sales) it will work.
In finance terms it means we £250.00 of profit to pay for each of the van stocks issued, therefore reducing the pressure on cash flow and introducing self financing van stock for us. Neat.
Of course we will have to run this past JH for his approval too, if we agree on it.Kevin

We also said at the beginning that we would require :-
1) Credit Checks
2) Proof of Public liability insurance
3) A basic terms contract betwen ISE and Agent
4) Indemnity for van stocks held by agent on behalf of ISEI dont care who does it, John or us But it should be done. I also think that the 5 units for a van stock ratio is spot on as I was thinking along similar lines myself.
We should take full advantage of the delay in the provision of vans stocks to clarify thiese requirements with the participating agents. Lets try to get it right first time.
