how to disable anti crease feature on bosch exxcel 8 tumble

does anyone know how i can get into the service mode to disable the anti-crease feature on the bosch exxcel 8 tumble dryer please?

I didn’t think it can be disabled other than just switching off the buzzer or better still not choosing an anti-crease cycle before retiring for the night. 💡

thanks Martin, buzzer is always off and we need the clothes to be dry in the morning, in fact not sure if there is even an anti-crease cycle available. im sure in the service mode it can easily be swtiched off.

I’m not so sure it can be nor would I want to wake up to creased shirts. OR go to sleep knowing the dryer is still working downstairs. (I’m in the trade you see and have seen what happens when these gadgets go wrong)

Like with the recent Beko’s catching fire, wouldn’t trust them, not worth it matey. But be sure to check that your smoke alarm works all the same. Have a safe Christmas! 😉

the anti-crease only works for one hour at diminishing intervals so it makes absolutely no difference as it then stays on until the off button is pressed in the morning. As to the dryer staying on well it stays on anyway if you do a dry at night until you switch the off button so it makes no difference. I’m sure for someone who has access to the service manual it will be a very simple fix.
