How to dismantle a Zanussi WDJ 1074?

Our WDJ 1074 has, I reckon, a faulty ON/OFF switch. It’s available at £12.95 ish so looks like it’s economical to fix it. But: I can’t see how to get the front panel off the machine to fit it. There are various posts on this forum with pics of the guts of various machines so someone must know… Can I get a proper service manual anywhere – rather than a simple User manual?

Any advice welcome.

Ah that age old problem of getting technical information…. we in the trade sometimes have the same problem as manufacturers withhold stuff, or copyright it 😕

Also…if you read the forum sticky we are not allowed to give out detailed information that may allow you to hurt yourself (we have no idea of your competence)

However if you take out the dispenser drawer to expose any screws 😉 and then spend an age with a torch looking for hidden plastics barbs you might get somewhere 😉

Don’t forget, power off before doing anything :zap:
