How to do Prewash on Bush N12CR6

I have the basic user guide. It says put detergent in compartment 1 and select ‘Prewash’ – but there is no such setting, either on the instruction leaflet Program Table, nor on the Program Knob on the machine. Can anyone tell me what I am missing? Thanks.

have no access to manual as Argos dont list one and this brand is totally owned by Argos who import budget models to sell cheap

Any prewash programme is normally used on the white heavy soil programme

Thanks for your input Dave. My budget model is still going strong after 11 years regular use, including three house moves. I just never needed the prewash before.

its a lot of luck with budget appliances. some last years but have scrapped a few at 2 years old. At 11 years your diong ok

The instructions are probably generic, so they would be good for almost all their models.
