How to find out Hotpoint ff fridge-freezer model number

Hi where could you find out the model number of the above. Looked in the place recommended under the salad crisper basket but the label has been worn away.
Is there any where else i could find it ?

I need the bottle shelf for the bottom of the fridge door

Thats the only rating plate AFAIK, although some have a small label under the top lip above the door as well. have you still got the user manual?

We may be able to identify parts if you have that.

Sorry don’t have the manual any more some more details are its a half & half with the freezer at the bottom it has a digital display at the top and mistral printed
